RactorSoft is the software development brand of Ractor Oy, Finland. Work is delivered from Finland and client communication is in English or Finnish.
Why RactorSoft exists
RactorSoft's work starts from the daily operation of e-commerce and the business around it. Solutions are built for how a company actually works, not for how a system is assumed to work.
In practice the same technical foundation serves three areas: custom PrestaShop development, integrations between systems, and our own modules. We also build company-specific internal tools and automation.
The second principle is maintainability. An online store is a production system: a change that breaks upgradeability, or that cannot be understood afterwards, is a liability rather than a solution.
