What to include in your message

These four points are usually enough to scope a request without several rounds of follow-up questions.

Where things stand: Which system you run and what it does today. The PrestaShop version helps narrow things down immediately.
What should happen instead: The outcome you are looking for. A description in your own words is enough — a technical specification is not needed.
Other systems involved: For an integration, which systems are in scope and which of them holds the authoritative data.
Timing: If there is a deadline, or the work depends on another change, it is worth mentioning up front.

Do not send credentials

Passwords, API keys and database credentials are not needed to get started. If access to an environment is required, that is arranged separately and credentials are transferred securely.
